By purchasing from or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Handcrafted Nature: Every item is handmade; slight variations in texture, shape, or color are natural.

2. Payments: All orders must be paid in full before processing.

3. Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours if production hasn’t started. Personalized items are non-cancellable.

4. Personalized Orders: Paid in advance; non-refundable except for confirmed errors from Sana Studio.

5. Shipping: We are not responsible for courier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery addresses.

6. Intellectual Property: All designs, photos, and content are owned by Sana's Studio and cannot be reused without permission.

7. Liability: We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Bahawalnagar, Punjab.
