Return and Refund Policy

At Sana Studio, each piece is handcrafted with care. Because of this, our return and refund policies are intentionally specific to ensure fairness and transparency.

Non-Personalized Items

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products.

  • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

  • If approved, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

  • We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, color variation, or minor imperfections caused by the handmade process.

Personalized & Custom Orders

  • Personalized or made-to-order items must be paid in advance.

  • No refunds, cancellations, or modifications are allowed once production begins.

  • Refunds or replacements are issued only if there is a proven issue caused by Sana Studio (such as the wrong design or a damaged product).

  • The final decision on refunds or replacements rests solely with Sana Studio.

To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and proof of damage.
